Relish

Relish is a relationship health programme aimed at improving communication between couples, with the help of bite-sized lessons and quizzes based on behaviour psychology and with the support of on-demand relationship counsellors.

One of my duties at Relish included redesigning the outer assets and website as well as developing lessons with gamifed elements.

Transform copy and design into a a message that highlights benefits of continuously improving your relationship and having the support you need.

Outcome

21% increase in initial calls.

Blog section redesign

Purpose

There is a genuine trove of specialised & very useful information within the article section - it just needed surfacing.
Make it feel like a blog hub that is easily searchable for reference.

Impact

During usability testing, users spent 2 extra minutes reading through an article as well as browsed 3 more articles on average.
Users felt a lot more confident in trialling the app after entering the site via the blog section.
